I thought I'd start my new blog out with some of our family pictures
we took Thanksgiving Day. If it were up to me, I'd have pictures
taken every 6 months. It's so fun!

I just love my little Maxwell Wade!
The other day I had a very special experience with him.
I had turned on a church video, and Max turned and looked at me,
and I could see him surrounded by light, and he was just GLOWING
towards me, and I had a very distinct impression that he was telling me
that he loved me. I just cried. His love is so pure and perfect.
I am honored to be his mother.

I just love my sweet Kyra Paige!
It has been so fun watching her learn and grow
these past few months as she has been going to preschool.
She absolutely loves her teacher, Mrs. Allison.
Kyra adores Max and loves to cuddle up on him, especially while
I'm nursing. I know that Kyra is an extra strong little person, and
bravely came to this world as our first child. She has the most contagious
laugh and I love her strong personality! She is going to be a great leader one day.

Ethan was NOT digging picture time in the least...
I didn't hold it against him though...he had just woken up
from a nap and was really hungry. Needless to say, we didn't spend
too much time getting our pictures done. We were all ready to have our
Thanksgiving meal. :-D

Ethan Scott. What a fun little boy he is. His smile just brightens up my day.
He loves his blanket and refuses to sleep on his bed...so he sleeps
on the hard floor, next to the door, every night.
He is a lot like Justin. A little bit of  perfectionst. Very particular about certain things.
I just need to remember to honor that in him more.
Ethan is so ready for me to potty train him. But for some reason...I'm not?
That's my goal in the next 6 months.
He does very well playing by himself when Kyra is at preschool
and when Max is sleeping. He's pretty mellow when Kyra isn't around.

Well, since this is this first post, I'll just say real quick that after living in
Georgia for 3 years, we are now living in Texas and so far we are loving it.
Above all else, we have no doubt that this is where God wants us to be.
Justin is in real estate and LOVING his job!! He is living his dream job.
Since July, we have been attending some events, and it has changed our lives
in so many ways. We have also been blessed to meet MANY new people, and
I love it! We feel very blessed to make new friends wherever we go.

I have a feeling that 2014 is going to be the best year yet!!!!!
